A little bit about me:
My name is Julian Sollai, I’m a WBFF pro athlete and I’ve been helping hundreds of people get in the best shape of their life.
I specialise in helping guys and girls who already go to the gym but are not fully happy with their results!
Do you feel stuck? Do you feel frustrated because what you see in the mirror doesn’t match the level of effort you’re putting in?
I once was in the same situation and I wish I had someone directing me and coaching me to find what really works for me!
I believe in sustainability and habit building, work hard yes but smart.
