I have been helping people for over 25 years. And I love it ! I have clients from all walks of life from Mums working at home, Prime Ministers to Indian business Tycoon.
Challenging and knowing Thyself is what drives me in life.
I started working as an aerobic / step and a gym Instructor for Nuffield Health. Then I further my education with NASM Personal Training Academy. Also qualified as a Paul Chek Exercise and Holistic Coach.  I have trained as a Krav Maga instructor in Netanya – Israel. Taught both KM and Thai Boxing ( fought in Thailand) and completed 14 marathons including 5 London marathons  and a 100k race in Egypt. Currently  working at Muscleworks and as a Reformer Pilates teacher for Ten. I enjoy bodybuilding competitions and came 3rd at the Arnold classic age 52 ! It’s never too late

I am Judit Sandor, a qualified personal trainer and coach with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. My key achievements include European and World champion titles in powerlifting as well as winner of the PCA Open Muscle Figure category.
My philosophy is “The body achieves what the mind believes.”

I have worked with a diverse client base, including rehabilitation of ex-convicted clients for the London Probation Trust. I apply a holistic approach to design diet, workout and rehabilitation plans. My areas of interest are biomechanics, sport psychology and sport rehabilitation. In addition, I hold a Bsc in Sport and Exercise Science, a Msc in Sport Therapy and am a qualified Yumeiho massage therapist. I specialise in strength and conditioning, competition preparation, weight loss and injury treatment.
I am energetic and empathetic, always encouraging clients to achieve maximum performance. My aim is to educate clients on the importance of establishing realistic goals that promote lifelong adherence to health and wellbeing.
