Meet BEN

Ben Wong is a personal trainer and bodybuilding coach with over a decade of dedicated training experience, having begun bodybuilding at the age of 15.

With a background as an educational writer specialising in physiology, bioenergetics, and organ systems, his coaching is built on understanding how muscle, joints, and the nervous system work together to produce long-term physical development.

Ben developed his expertise as a movement coach, focusing on restoring organic alignment and intrinsic movement patterns. This foundation informs his current bodybuilding approach: by correcting movement and alignment first, the body is placed in the strongest possible position to grow.

Every exercise is selected with intent and taught with precision. Ben guides through the function, execution, and purpose of each movement — ensuring that training is not only challenging, but effective and safe. This allows for faster muscle growth, improved mind–muscle connection, and reduced injury risk.

Ben works with experienced lifters aiming to refine their development and progress toward advanced or competitive bodybuilding goals, as well as beginners seeking to build their physique correctly from the ground up. His coaching philosophy is centred on discipline, education, and consistency — building bodies that are muscular, structurally sound and capable of expanding their potential.

Meet JENNY

Jenny Nim is a highly qualified personal trainer with over 15 years of hands-on experience on the gym floor. She specialises in fat loss, body recomposition, exercise technique, postural correction, and evidence-based nutrition coaching, and has also supported clients through photoshoot preparation when appropriate.

Jenny has worked at some of London’s leading gyms, including The Third Space and Ultimate Performance, where she refined her expertise and developed a distinctive coaching style. Her keen eye for detail enables her to clearly analyse movement and explain complex concepts in simple, practical terms.

She takes a holistic yet results-driven approach, combining sound nutritional principles with personalised training to support each client’s long-term health, fitness, and body recomposition goals.

Having once been a complete beginner herself, Jenny brings empathy, common sense, and “tough love” to her coaching. She is known for empowering clients to take ownership of their health, mindset, and body, fostering self-awareness, confidence, and self-trust through consistent application.

Jenny has competed twice in bodybuilding and earned her WBFF Pro card in 2017.

With over 18 years of experience in the trenches of the fitness industry, Lewis Breed is one of the UK’s most formidable IFBB Professional Bodybuilders. Known in the circuit as "The Brick," Lewis has built a reputation for bringing a level of density, freakish muscle mass, and razor-sharp conditioning that few can match.

His journey from a football playing teenager to the global IFBB Pro stage—including top-tier finishes at the Europa Pro and Texas Pro—is a testament to his "zero-excuse" work ethic. Now, he brings that same world-class intensity to the members of Muscleworks.
